Story
In 2011, Fernando purchased the farm for the first time and began working with coffee. When he arrived, 90% of the land was planted with pasture and 6,000 Caturra trees. It was in 2011 that he started planting coffee, and in 2017, he began cultivating Pink Bourbon. Today, 30% of the farm is planted with Pink Bourbon, and 70% is dedicated to the Colombia Yellow and Caturra varieties, where processes such as washed and honey methods are used.
